Pros
The benefits of working for a bank, benefits were great, you get all the federal holidays off, and instead of having to accumulate your PTO at the beginning of the year, your PTO is given at the beginning of the year.
Cons
There's no support from management. Does not like people working remotely. No advancement opportunity. Very low base salary. File qualities are horrible and everyone is sending rush loans in but they still expect you to close over 25 loans.
