Pros

Convenient location and ok hours if you are not at a Saturday branch.

Cons

Very behind the competition with employee benefits and they don't care. Starting pay for tellers is lower than McDonalds. No paid maternity leave. They quite literally sent packs of highlighters to all of the front line employees at the peak of COVID as a thank you for being client facing.

Some decisions could have been made quicker

Pros

They invest a lot into their training department. Some of the branch managers are decent human beings. They look for new ways to engage with the community.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other banks Don’t expect to get moved up if you don’t get in good with certain people.
