Pros

RenewAire is truly a mission driven company. Starting at the highest levels of management this company is committed to making a positive difference. Its culture is pervasive, infectious, and refreshing. RenewAire is growing rapidly and therefore presents enormous opportunities to the company and those employed here. Nearly everyone is on a first-name basis. Pay and benefits are fine.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and this comes with growing pains.

Pros

Its a great place to work! Everyone from shop fabrication to upper management are treated fairly and have a sense of belonging to a better whole that creates such a great environment.

Cons

RenewAire is experiencing growing pains which is adding a little stress from time to time.

Pros

-Great health benefits -Other than the above, there is no reason to work for this company. Stay clear.

Cons

-Completely toxic environment. Managers don't know how to talk to their employees without losing their temper and acting like lunatics. There was not just 1 manager involved in this, or one instance, this is a constant thing at RenewAire. -Human Resources is in desperate need of help before RenewAire ends up getting pegged with a lawsuit. Lots of shady activity going on when I was employed there.
