Downtime is the only pro. Other than that be prepared for a base salary that competes with Mcdonald's (or basically minimum wage).

Cons

Be prepared for a base salary that competes with Mcdonald's (or basically minimum wage). The owner is unprofessional and brash. No company vehicle or reimbursement for fuel, No 401K plan, and no benefits until 3 months after hire are many other negatives about this job. In addition to this be prepared to work weekends with no additional O.T. pay for your hours worked.

Pros

The renewal product line is one of the better options for long life replacement windows. When installed with full frame without coil metal they can last 20 years without major maintenance issues

Cons

Their sales staff are pressured to sell no matter what. There is a lack of quality install crews, so if you are a crew with limited skills it can cause major problems with the life of the window. I don't believe that the use of coil stock is the wisest choice for the exterior trim as it simply does not last.

Working all weekends gets old. The commission structure is VERY shady...you never know what appts were set or product were sold--knowing the true number is NEVER communicated...its like church you gotta have faith. Smh...which is dumb when your working 4 a national business.
