Nothing comes to mind, can't think of any.

Cons

Revolving door of employees speaks for itself. Hard work, successes, and positive contributions are rarely if ever recognized. The only recognition you get is when something goes wrong and then watch out while everyone ducks and covers. Employees run scared and are frighten they are the next to be fired, which happens often. Poor benefits No paid sick days No company contribution to 401K Performance reviews and raises rarely happen, despite promises

There are none ... Worked out the Cranford nj office . Close to home only a 30 min drive to office.

Cons

The management was awful ... Worst I have ever experienced in my life . Training was horrific ! Showed you Video about there sales technique . Basically high pressure sale on very expensive "plastic" windows . Thru you out on the road with no supervision 2 weeks before a manager went with you to not show you anything . They churn new employees over and over . No base salary . Commission only . Draw of $500 a week just about paid for gas to the in home sales appointments . Everyone had to buy an iPad and use there own computer. Most horrible experience!
