Unrealistic expectations imposed on account reps to meet a specific level of credit, huge disconnect between corporate and store which causes the store to not be able to perform as well as expected, employees are treated as if they are very disposable and live in constant fear of losing their position or job, don't bother asking for help in learning to do your job to their expectations because they would rather fire an employee than actually put in the work to help them reach their potential.
