      Pros

      The people and the environment are the only redeeming factor in the low pay going no where environment. No matter how hard you work or how much money you save the company no one in upper management cares. Just wait for you 30 cent a year raise. Yes 30 cents a year even when the turn record breaking profits.

      Dead end job. Low pay. 30 cent a year raises.

      Pros

      Great Communication! Work with a great district manager that actually cares is A PLUS! Closed on Sunday's is great family company.

      Cons

      Should have at least on Saturday off a month or more, rotating weekends off with management staff! Vacation should be 6 months not a year...
