Pros
It was great helping students as well as working with some of the faculty and staff.
Cons
The biggest con in working for RTC is nothing I was told about my position, growth, and development came to fruition. I received no formal training, everything was rushed and sporadic, and people had short fuses and took no accountability for their mistakes. I was hired in my position to provide backlog for ctcLink and once that system was implemented, there did not seem to be any use for me anymore, despite the effort and contributions I brought to the role. There were opportunities presented to me that never took place. I am unhappy with the overall experience.
