Pros

Great Professors and programs for nursing.

Cons

Some downsides, I think a few of the students didn't know what they were getting into a nursing program so there was alot of complaint of it being too tough. Although, it was fine for me.

Relaxed relationships between the faculty and Administration. Support from Admin for supplies. Classrooms have latest AV technology. Teachers are relatively autonomous and have control over lesson-planning and curricula.

Cons

State requirements can influence decisions about what must be taught. Placement of students is, at times, inaccurate. Teachers can feel isolated.
