There is a real “just get it done” work environment that is enforced which I find quite concerning as the company manufactures biologics for patients. Many of the managerial staff are severely under qualified for their positions/ are in desperate need of leadership training. Many employees experience quick burn out and during my time here I’ve seen a mass exodus of a couple of departments. I wish the company would take this more seriously we lose good people due to poor management all the time. It doesn’t seem like anyone is really looking out for anyone which is sad.

Very unorganized, I was there in 2021 and it was very unorganized, the expectations would change from minute to minute and 10-12 hour days and weekends would be expected without much or any notice.
