Thank you for your insight, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Reonomy. As noted on Glassdoor as well as internal company meetings, each and every review is read by our management team in order to learn from them and implement changes as needed. It is disappointing to hear your experience regarding feedback, as we pride ourselves on remaining accountable and tie thematic feedback directly to our team initiatives and long term strategy. While you are no longer at the company, we would love to connect with you to hear more about the areas you have outlined. It’s worth noting, for the audience on Glassdoor, that promotions are based on business need, performance against Reonomy’s performance framework, or as an outcome of an identified gap within the organization or a departmental restructure. Since April 1, 2021 we have had 30 team members (25 ICs) across all departments experience exciting promotions as a result of all three of these categories. This past year we also implemented an official internal transfer policy in order to facilitate cross-functional growth opportunities, we have already seen this take place and are excited to have our Reonomists continue to go through this process! Lastly, in a recent industry survey we participated in we received the result of better than average total and voluntary turnover rates.
