      Pros

      - The environment is full of young people - It is possible to scale - It is possible to learn a lot and change customer, activities and so on (obviously with the proper time) - Good salary as entry Level (specially when the Degree's votation is the max) - Hackathon, courses, labs - Several building around the world, and it is possible to ask for the relocation.

      Cons

      - As all the consulting company it is possible to be "forgotten" at the customer offices.

      Working at reply is not so bad but they keep asking you to do extra work (certifications, and so on) paid quite nothing.

      Pros

      It you are not afraid to bargain you can get a decent salary, but as always: write them down in your agreement, or they will forget as soon as possible.

      Cons

      As said they will ask you overtime to achive some goals for improving "your" professional growth, while at the end is just to keep their gold microsoft partnership.
