      Pros

      - Great training classes (for the most part) = Amazing training facility - Best crew scheduling app in the industry

      Cons

      - Low pay (below regional average) - Quick OE (IOE) start after four weeks of intense training and time away from home. Only three days of DOM (move days) to relocate, which is too little if you live far from base - Very little hands-on training in onboard services, such as serving passengers, building service carts, and making drinks (only a 30-minute quick overview), creating a very intense experience when onboard with passengers

      The interview process for republic airways is as professional as can be. The interviewers and the staff really care about the company’s success.

      Pros

      For a starting regional airline it’s ok for the job. I would work there if I were older and wanted to stay in the aviation business

      Cons

      Assigns alot of airport standby and don’t get used
