Pros

Within the first year working for Republic airways I multiple opportunities to work on different parts of the Embrear System. Being able to work on Interiors one day to breaking down and changing Engines or full Gear changing on Main Landing Gear, you get a chance to know and understand the whole Aircraft

Cons

Outside of the main Indianapolis location the Facilities and buildings are out of date and repairs to those locations take longer than expected
