Great Co-Workers and thats about all

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from their front line employees, travel "benefits" get worse every year, most in scheduling don't care to help you get days off you need. Company looks at every way possible to save a penny at your expense. Hotels usually are in a horrible location with nothing to do.

Cons

There were not any cons to being an intern. The only con would be not the best potential for company growth.

Free plane rides if you can get one, fun of working around an exciting business,

Cons

Top management in it for themselves. Money is the only thing valued by the company. Could care less about passengers, gate crews, flight attendants. Authoritarian rule that is endemic with a company run by finance people.
