      Traveling and meeting new people.

      The hours and pay need to be negotiated under the contract. A lot of people are under paid for the amount of hours they are away from home.

      It's a job. The 170s are easy and comfortable to fly. The training department was much better than I experienced at another foreign carrier and domestic carrier.

      Cons

      Terrible morale. Low wages. Dishonest management. You must fight for your rightful pay. It is a circus.
