      Nothing really comes to mind. Sad.

      Miserable wage increases, execs lining their pockets while grunts are barely making it, you feel unimportant here. No employee engagement.

      Pros

      Work with a very talented workforce, good equipment, great training department, plenty of base options. Although their hands are mostly tired, union does fair job helping answer your questions.

      Cons

      Despicable upper management, will fight you tooth and nail to make your life miserable. Outsource their HR duties to companies to make it harder for an employee to take emergency leaves. No culture aside from "We own you", horrible work rules. Contract became ammednable in 2007......it's 2015....ponder that thought. Will try to find ways to work you against CBA. Below standard travel, medical, retirement benefits and pay in relation to every other regional. Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone to resolve immediate issues. Company has the resources to make this place 100x better but would rather spend it fighting against their employees. Only time you can be satisfied is when everything goes well and you don't have to deal with anyone from the company. Sadly, I can count the number of great, hard working, respectful and caring people that care about us in middle management, but that number is in the single digits.
