Friendly co-workers, stable company outlook, company is making money hand over fist. The codeshare partner Delta will show you appreciation. It will get you into the aviation industry

Cons

Low pay, very limited vertical mobility within company, weak benefits compared to other companies of similar size, work on most every holiday and weekend, beyond poor work/life balance. The codeshare partner Delta will show more appreciation and make you feel more valued then your actual company.

Management needs to listen to employees ! If your looking for only benfits apply here ! But other than that republic is a company that doesnt focus on its employees, they talk a big game, but do not show thier employees.. there is a high turn over rate for a reason
