      Low wages, short layovers, bad hotels, pilot shortage, everyone who works in the higher up jobs are taught to treat you like your incompetent from crew scheduling to IT Tech

      Pros

      Excellent co-workers; flight benefits, while becoming less attractive, are still desirable.

      Cons

      Lots of talk about creating good culture, but there is a disconnect with how upper level management treats employees and the values they purportedly want to foster. Pay is substandard.
