      Pros

      Lots of base options. Paid training. Employee from the first day so benefits kick in right after training. Short reserve time overall.

      Cons

      Morale is really low right now. Struggling business model due to pilot shortage and their lack of contract. Pay pretty low compared to other similar airlines.

      Pros

      Working with good crews, dispatchers and maintenance professionals. Everybody else at the company is difficult to work with. They put their phones on mute and don't respond to emails. Getting anything done is next to impossible.

      Cons

      Almost everything. There is a toxic work environment and culture. Management is extremely greedy and does not value any of the employees. They consistently hire consulting firms to change the culture and the firms give them advice but they don't follow it. It is beyond fixing at this point. Do not come work here.
