      Pros

      Flexible schedule if you have seniority. Love the flight benefits. Lots of day trips if you live in base which is a plus. Flight crews are nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Long days especially if there are delays with weather. Trip credit on the multi day trips are low. Heath insurance is very expensive but very good.

      Pros

      Company is working on improving the culture. Morale is high despite the bankruptcy. Expect to be out of bankruptcy by the end of January.

      Cons

      Pay is still pretty low unless you're management level or above. Flight benefits have been on the decline the last few years, but I think it's industry-wide.
