      Pros

      It's a good company to get your foot in the door in the aviation industry. Flight benefits are some of the best in the business, with the option to travel with several different carriers. The health benefits are competitive with others in the industry.

      Cons

      The pay is sub par, compared to others in the industry. That is only serious complaint I have for this company.

      Pros

      Leadership in my area made sure to recognize and reward good work done by employees. Very professional atmosphere; people were polite and business-like.

      Cons

      Work was structured well but there were some departments that were isolated, and some if he software used was difficult to work with.
