      Pros

      movement, that is really about it, potential growth is the only thing going for being here right now.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Anti-Labor attitude from top level management, Every loophole will be exploited, out of touch with front line employees with regards to working conditions compared to our peers, outstation basing for crew members leading to inefficient schedules and less time at home, Low Pay rates and substandard work rules, Little to no schedule flexibility

      Pros

      Great crews to work and hang out with on layovers. The 170 is a nice plane to fly. Multiple different bases to choose from so your odds of either transferring or living in base are higher than some other regional carriers.

      Cons

      Very difficult to work with management, they tend to take a very hostile stance when working with their employees

      Company has Growth Opportunitties, Depends on how long you want to wait for those opportunities

      Cons

      Health Care cost rose 11% this year plus $100 per month spouse upcharge. Have not received a raise of any kind in 3 years.
