Company has no respect for employees, management lacks knowledge, basic social and communication skills. Promotions are not made on merit, and lack of skills in middle management shows. Corporate employees are unprofessional in appearance and action. At a recent employee road show, a corporate representative who is obese showed up in a sleeveless casual top that fit like a sausage skin, sweat pants and flip-flops. Unfortunately, I was not surprised, just a little sadder that once again the company has such lack of respect for its employees.

Management pushes employees to their limits. Incompetence is promoted because it is inexpensive. The company continually makes poor decisions which must be undone, costing time and money. Management seemingly seeks ways to circumvent written agreements, operating in gray areas to generate their desired results.
