      Pros

      Flight benefits, great people, knowledgeable co-workers, flexibility of schedules when given a line, rsrv keeps you busy. Our uniforms are crap, but we look professional.

      Cons

      little positive feed back, crew scheduling is very particular about who they work cooperatively with. The initial ground school is meant to scare you. It's not really that crazy strict out on the line.

      Pros

      This company is growing and changing almost daily. There is room to move up, if you keep your head down and mouth shut. The flight benefits and persona/healthl benefits are great.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what really goes on in any of the lower levels. Upper management has forgotten the people and airlines that got them to where there are today. There is a huge factor of good 'ole boy system in effect here, where the boys that are friends can do no wrong and have new positions made for them instead of cutting the dead weight. There are no more frills here, no pats on the back, no praise, just a yelling fest.
