Run like a mini-major, so the experience is excellent for those who want to move on to a major airline. If that's not your intention, it is a great place to work long term as well.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about the company.

Flight benefits are awesome, and the flexibility when you get more senior is amazing. Everyone is so nice.

Cons

High turnover rate so constantly dealing with new people. Raise freeze in my department other than yearly percent increase. Work ethic disparity
