      Fragmented, toxic, abnormal, and dysfunctional workplace. HR is not a champion for new employees.

      Pros

      Good place to practice discernment. Lots to learn. Big regional airline. Flight benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management. HR is terrible, accusatory, and unprofessional. Some co-workers are bigtime troublemakers. Pay is subpar. Work schedule could be improved, Onboarding process and training needs to be revamped. Required contracts for 2 year job loyalty.
