Free Flights, Many awesome people, crew member

Cons

Management could care less about flight attendants you could be half dead and all there would care about is are you showing up! The union works for the company and not the FA even when they know the company is wrong.

Pros

There are none. I can not think of one thing that republic does well or a positive result for their hard working employees. Trust me, after one month here I was looking to leave to a new opportunity that was not a lateral move.

Cons

Everyday I'm employed here, the working conditions deteriorate. The leadership guides the company with no regard for their employees. You are a number and are expected to move anywhere at anytime with no regard for your family. Additionally, you are treated as a school child and can not be trusted to do that right thing. Your management will micromanage and second guess every decision you make. Safety comes second to profit and you can be terminated for following safety protocol if it will result in a flight cancellation.

Pros

Flight benefits, training is paid, great place to start to get your foot in the door, hiring constantly so you gain seniority pretty quickly & aren't on reserve for a long period of time unlike other airlines.

Cons

Management, team morale, starting pay is very low, very poor communication between management and employees.
