Health Benefits, flight benefits, crew members you bind with.

Cons

Work just as hard if not harder than a mainline FA , but get paid half. Start pay isn’t bad, but takes years to make more, the more years you’re there the less your salary grows.

Worked there 15 years and basically made what a new hire would make a mainline company. Doing the same job. If not more.
