      Useless/expensive flight benefits, pay, people,, high turnover so no one knows what they are doing, and bias management

      it was fun sometimes and met some nice people.

      Cons

      Did not get called in for an entire month. Unable to get another job due to the reserve schedule. Impossible salary to live off of while on reserve.
