Pros

Travel benefits, somewhere to start in the flight attendant industry, pay is 27/hr. guranteed 75 flight hours a month

Cons

Strict attendance policy, no empathy, no grace. You have only 6 call outs in a year, you can only use 1 sick note every 6 months, unpaid medical leave, after 5 days of being sick, you have to get permission to come back.

Don't be fooled from the Interviews

Pros

They have flight benefits but they overall are not that great especially when flights are extremely booked these days in a post-covid era

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to lack of training and everyone loves to play the blame game. The leaders on the Revenue team is anything of that of a leader from the director to the manager. They do not know what they are doing and offer no assistance. Purely a sink or swim environment. They "plug" people to manage and give zero training and help. Make sure to watch your back, you have been warned.
