      Pros

      Benefits. Flexible work schedule. That's about all I have to say for the pros.

      Cons

      Constant price increases. Too much paperwork. Departments pass the buck to avoid working to solve problems.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is awesome, employees are extremely friendly with me and each other and they are very helpful. Management is there to help and wants you succeed as an individual. They want to develop a plan for your future. Republic Services is a career, not a job.

      Cons

      The training is a little all over the place or backwards but I think it is not bad compared to the last place I worked.

      Decent pay weekly plus bonus for additional sales. Drivers were nice!

      Cons

      Unfair management, disfunctional team, favoritism, tons of gossip in small office including the sharing of private and personal info only mgmt and HR should know.
