Great company, well focus on safety of their employees and the company

Pros

It's a good career, you'll get to move up pretty fast if you are committed to it, a lot of good benefits and good over time, also you get paid vacation,holiday pay, and many more things

Cons

You will be working from dust to dawn, so if you like spending a lot of time with your family this is not for you, on wet weather you'll need to have an extra set of eyes it gets ugly, can't trust your team mates because they will backstab you just so they can have it easy with the supervisor and manager
