Stay away from the Post Collections- Commerce City location, The general manager at this location is only interested in extending his tenure way beyond his retirement age. With this level of narcissism, he has managed to create an environment that is a revolving door of staff such that the upper management has to rely on his one-man show. Additionally, he is openly derogatory toward his female colleagues, and this behavior is accepted by the upper management. During interviews, he is known to ask women how if they got promoted and later got pregnant it would impact their job performance, using it as a reason to keep leadership positions from them, He is known to gossip about female colleagues to others on his team asking them if his female coworkers got naked in their prior jobs, It is a known fact that he humiliates and has a different set of standards for female colleagues compared to their male counterparts, so much so that he creates a malicious environment that does not encourage a team mentality instead he undermines their authority in front of their team and sabotages their growth potential by going behind their back to their superiors to invalidate their work. He has single-handedly managed to create an extremely hostile work environment where staff have asked to be moved to different office locations within two weeks of joining the unit and other staff members have quit after being with the unit for a little over two months.
