      Pros

      the management, the pay, the dress code, the over time, the learning period, how we can advance, my own desk, free fruit, coffee, ice machine, games.

      Cons

      I hope that how it looks right now doesn't become a lie. I hope that it is as amazing as it looks but I really wont know till my first 6 months is over.

      Pros

      Republic services is great, they actually care about my happiness out side work. The environment inside of the CRC center is awesome everyone is like a family friend to me. the best part is and always will be the amount of support and helpfulness from management and other employees. No matter what my question is of need they deliver. This company is nothing like my past employers.

      Cons

      Honestly it's still a call center, and you wouldn't think that people would be so serious about their trash. But you would be VERY wrong people are very, very passionate about their trash and want to make sure that it gets done on time & correctly and in the way they ask.

      Pros

      Stable company Stable industry Some potential for growth depending on your manager/department Corporate level salaries seem to be decent Generous PTO plans

      Cons

      Poor management in majority of departments Terrible corporate culture; no interaction or camaraderie encouraged Driver and mechanic compensation is poor comparatively Standoffish environment at corporate Little growth potential unless you kiss up and know the right managers. Growth not often based on merit Cheap company, expensive benefits Very strange atmosphere
