Great health benefits , salary, and training course.

Cons

To many old childish women in their 40s who love to gossip like high school girls and talk about people instead of keeping it perfessional & acting like adults.

Pros

One of the many things I love about Republic Services are the people, everyone seems to genuinely care about the job they do. Managment could not be any better, they have what's lacking in this world and that's integrity. Safety is of up-most importance on every level. Training is second to none. Benifits and pay are very good. Workplace atmosphere is positve and relaxed. Work - Life balance is better than most careers.

Cons

Communication between departments needs improvment.

Pros

great health care benefits and that is all.

Cons

Highest turnover I have ever experienced from sales reps, to sales managers to general managers. As a sales rep you make the sale and then they raise prices to the customer as soon as they can, no value to offer and they cheat you out of your last month's commissions when you leave. Management is all from Cintas and they are all clones. No training or support and if operations is not stellar you have little chance since that is all they offer. The CEO thinks e-commerce is a great value but the bulk of the business is service of <$300 a month and the customers really don't care. You have a lot of local competition as well as internally with national accounts, franchises and the account managers take over so any new business you lose! Lastly they try to apply fees of up to 30% including rental of equipment which makes you non-competitive and flat out unethical
