      Pros

      Not many things good about this company... I was ethically challenged almost every day. I would definitely not recommend this company to a friend.

      Cons

      Awful work environment, overworked constantly, incompetent co-workers, everyone always dumping issues on you instead of taking responsibility, new ideas and management processes not welcome. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I would never do business with this company.

      Pros

      Base pay is decent but not great You learn about recycling and trash services and it's processes

      Cons

      Every year they make the goal more difficult to hit and thus less money in your pocket. High volume sales is less their concern and more so "Quality" revenue-- which in the trash business is a crock of..... Their arbitrary fees makes it difficult to defend company and retain business
