      Pros

      I'm a little over my 1 year anniversary and I'm just as excited as the day I started. The people, the culture, and the opportunities are endless. A lot has changed in one year with new management, hiring of key leaders and personnel, reorganization of various folks to have better alignment to build on each others strengths to deliver success to our customers. It's fun to work here and the people are awesome.

      Cons

      I've been here a little over a year, and nothing major comes to mind. I'm looking forward to 2019 and years to come.

      Pros

      Pays above market for talent. The family culture mentality is great. People from the top down listen to problems and genuinely try to make changes. Company is growing fast.

      Cons

      Seems like decision making most of the time is knee jerk. (Although with new talent this something that is fading). Some disorganization at the top and in communication.
