      Great Company, Great Opportunities, Some Growing Pains

      Pros

      Dynamic and fast paced environment that allows for quick growth. The technology that we are working on is far more complex and interesting than any other software company at which I've worked. The Leadership team is accessible and (trying to be) flexible as the company scales. There is a sense of family and camaraderie engrained into the culture of the company.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains associated with a company that is in hyper growth mode- some processes not already established, attempting to hold onto the small company feel as it doubles in size, internal communication could be stronger.

      Pros

      - The work is challenging and our customers like our products. - Great coworkers and a friendly environment - people are nice and get along well. - Everybody is smart and works hard. We teach one another and can usually suggest new ways of doing things or new technologies to use. - Really nice office with snacks and drinks, gym, free parking. The company is small enough that you can talk to anybody in the kitchen on any given day.

      Cons

      - We are hiring a lot of people very quickly so it is difficult to handle interviewing as well as getting regular work done. This necessary, however we can probably balance things out better. - Growing so quickly means you need to be very flexible in teaching new people things and mentoring younger engineers. - Agile processes aren't implemented perfectly anywhere, but we could do better at nailing down processes for development. Fairly expected given the company's size and growth but worth noting.
