Very Bad, never staffed, always short supplies, avoid

Would be worse if there was no union

Cons

not enough nurses, extreme turnover, even new nurses quit as soon as St Lukes will hire them, rarely have a tech to help, no experienced RNs left makes shift even worse, once you work this location they will not let you transfer to another location, you will be stuck unless you quit hca all together
