Pros

On my floor: I have AMAZING coworkers. Our Internists are the best. They not only know what they are doing but they are good to the staff as well.

Cons

Like any other hospital: Turn over rate is crazy high, no matter what they say.. I'm pretty sure they don't count the people who quit before they are even off orientation because the numbers don't add up. The reason they quit and the reason turnover is so bad is because they don't staff us very well AT ALL.

Being able to work along side my preceptor Dr. Foreman while undergoing rotational externship ...... the experience was quite gratifying and pleasant !
