You are supposed to receive discounts but unfortunately the management team is so disorganized you will never receive any benefits

Cons

Worst management team I’ve ever experienced. They purposely create hostile environments through discrimination, harassment and animosity towards anyone who speaks up.

There are opportunities for you to sit and relax where as a lot of other minimum wage jobs you cannot. Employee discount is decent.

Cons

Unnecessarily outdated computer system and phone. Makes training extremely difficult and any basic tasks. You’re thrown on the desk to figure everything out on your own. You’re juggling maintenance orders, housekeeping, check ins/outs, answering phone calls etc. and ONLY making slightly above minimum wage. I could be working at mcdonald’s with half of the work load and make significantly more.
