Front desk supervisor can be rude to employees and guest. No breaks just standing for 8hrs. No work flexibility only for supervision.

Most employee have worked 8-10 continuous days throughout their career here without prior notice, and punished when they couldn't make it all days, since the pay is based on weekly basis, the management does not get into legal trouble, which is why if one could not make it, they are fired immediately.
