      Flexible schedule Full time is considered 4 working days (32h) so you get 3 days off a week if preferred

      Cons

      We get no lunch or 10/15 breaks We can't sit down at all We mostly work alone so full responsibility falls on you Management isn't here on the weekends and will take hours to get back to you Not everyone gets treated the same Management company SUCKS There is no opportunity for growth
