Pros

The location is close to everything in downtown San Diego

Cons

Corporate people just want profit and don't expect to get a wage increase anytime soon. I never got one since being employed by them.

Pros

The only pro is that it’s a job

Cons

They are infested with bugs, they cheat their guest, they constantly switch management, and they force you to train people who make a higher pay wage than you. I’m speaking of the Westchase area. They don’t care for their employees and only offer you a promotion if they think that you may quit because they need . They have favorite employees which causes a lot of problems. Management will lead you on to do things that you’re not supposed to do and then later throw you under the bus. Overall, very terrible company at this specific location. I don’t recommend anybody work there or stay there the place should be shut down.

Pros

Pays above average hourly rate in competitive jobs around the area. No prior experience needed.

Cons

Most employee have worked 8-10 continuous days throughout their career here without prior notice, and punished when they couldn't make it all days, since the pay is based on weekly basis, the management does not get into legal trouble, which is why if one could not make it, they are fired immediately.
