Pros

The management team is honestly amazing and genuinely cares about you.

Cons

The owners of the hotel are cheap af. The salary is crap with no benefits, and little to no chance of advancement - certainly with much of or no pay raise. That’s right. No raise with promotion. The owners will talk about how much they care, but will treat you like garbage. If you just need a job and the hours work for you, fine. You don’t deal directly with the owners often, but you will have to deal with guests who often suffer from how cheap they are.
