Good pay, full-time hours, work from home.

Cons

Micromanages every minute of your day. After using 40 hours of sick time alloted per year, you are penalized for missing work without a doctor note even for one day. Management is filled with favoritism and they want every employee to be working every second of the day and don't care about work-life balance.

You’ll only thrive if you’re a middle aged white man. For everyone else, no matter how hard you work, or how dedicated you are you won’t be recognized. This company expects you to work 24/7, and respond to slack no matter the day or time. True leadership and career development is none existent.
