They do not care about their employees. They have a very toxic work environment and that says a lot considering it is majority a remote company.

Fast moving culture and company performance has been outstanding Friendly and collegial atmosphere. Flexible, remote work culture means balance and priorities are in right place. Lack of formality and bureaucracy means you can impact change quickly and try new things all the time.

Cons

Lacks structure and if not a direct and extroverted leader could get lost in the shuffle Having experienced phenomenal growth the company infrastructure needs to catch up to the results in the marketplace Not a place for people who do not like change and quick pivots to respond to consumer marketplace Diversity and inclusion efforts need more work to be effective
