Great commission and bonus opportunities.

Cons

This company is a startup and changes occur daily. The lack of updates and training makes adjusting to the changes almost unbearable. This also makes it harder to qualify for bonus opportunities.

- ZERO work life balance - constant turnover, both voluntarily and involuntarily with no backfills - people are constantly leaving and you’re expected to pick up their work plus your own leading to unrealistic performance expectations - unclear direction from leadership, if you ask for clarity or prioritization they give you vague responses - lack of company culture, you only show up to work and nothing else - “unlimited” PTO that isn’t used by most - subpar benefits
