Cons
Lacks structure and if not a direct and extroverted leader could get lost in the shuffle Having experienced phenomenal growth the company infrastructure needs to catch up to the results in the marketplace Not a place for people who do not like change and quick pivots to respond to consumer marketplace Diversity and inclusion efforts need more work to be effective
